OverviewMoveCredit helps Sunshine Coast homeowners connect with trusted, independent real estate agents for free property appraisals.When you list and sell your home with an approved MoveCredit Partner Agent, you may qualify for a cash reward of $2,000 to help cover your moving costs.These Terms and Conditions set out how the offer works, who is eligible, and how payments are made.2. EligibilityTo qualify for the MoveCredit Offer, you must:Be the legal owner of a residential property located within the Sunshine Coast or approved surrounding regions.Submit an enquiry and request a property appraisal directly through the MoveCredit platform or associated form.Proceed to list and sell your property through the licensed real estate agent assigned to you by MoveCredit (a “Partner Agent”).Allow the sale to reach unconditional status and settle successfully.MoveCredit reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage.3. Offer DetailsEligible sellers will receive $2,000 (including GST) as a MoveCredit Reward, intended to assist with the cost of moving.The reward will be paid:Directly to your chosen licensed removalist, orTo you (the seller) via bank transfer, after settlement confirmation.All payments are coordinated and processed by MoveCredit, funded through the success fee paid by the Partner Agent on settlement.4. Payment TimingPayment will be made only after settlement of the property sale has occurred.Settlement confirmation may be required from the Partner Agent (e.g., via Form 6 or settlement statement).Payments are typically processed within 10 business days following verified settlement.5. ExclusionsThe MoveCredit Offer does not apply if:The property is sold privately or through a non-participating agent;The property is withdrawn, expired, or fails to settle;The sale is conducted outside the Sunshine Coast service area;The property is commercial, vacant land, or non-residential;Multiple owners claim the same property or promotion.The offer is not transferable and has no cash value unless the conditions are met in full.6. No Cash Advance or SubstitutionThe reward cannot be issued before settlement or as a pre-paid incentive.It cannot be redeemed for alternate goods, services, or future promotions.If the sale is cancelled or withdrawn before settlement, the reward becomes void.7. Relationship DisclosureMoveCredit is not a licensed real estate agency.MoveCredit does not list, market, or sell properties — all real estate services are performed by independent licensed Partner Agents.Each Partner Agent pays MoveCredit a success/referral fee after settlement, which funds the MoveCredit Reward.This arrangement does not alter or affect your agreed commission structure with the agent.8. PrivacyMoveCredit collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.Information provided by you will be shared only with your assigned Partner Agent and removalist for the purpose of delivering this Offer.9. LiabilityMoveCredit acts solely as a lead generation and reward facilitation platform.We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or outcomes of Partner Agents or removalist companies.To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveCredit’s liability is limited to the total value of the advertised reward.10. Changes or WithdrawalMoveCredit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.Any changes will not affect sellers who have already qualified and met eligibility requirements before the date of change.11. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
